Twos Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for creating and implementing lessons aligned with age-Appropriate academic and values curricula within a safe and loving environment. This role also involves using observations and assessments to individualize learning experiences and leading classroom management activities.

Candidates must be at least 19 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent, and must complete specific maryland state office of child care approved certifications, including the 90-Hour preschool teacher certification and the 9-Hour communication course. Current first aid/Cpr and a maryland state background check are mandatory.
