Toddler Lead Teacher

The toddler lead teacher is responsible for implementing age-Appropriate lesson plans using the proprietary wonder of learning® curriculum while maintaining a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. This role also involves collaborating with the team, communicating effectively with families, and supervising children during all activities.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma, with an associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education and a child development associate (Cda) credential being preferred. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with young children in a licensed setting is preferred, along with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
