They must act as a positive adult role model, create an engaging environment, support positive behavior choices, and communicate student needs to management and parents as appropriate.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or g.e.d., and potentially 48 semester/60 quarter units or pass a pre-Employment test depending on the district. A minimum of six months of experience working with groups of 10 or more students is required, along with passing a live scan background check and providing a recent negative tb test.
