Life Skills Coach (Direct Service Professional)

The coach assists in providing direct educational, vocational, and supported living services, implementing objectives from individual support plans to foster independent living skills for individuals with disabilities. Primary duties involve direct implementation of assigned objectives, fostering well-Being, and assisting with fundamental daily routines including personal care needs.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid california driver's license with good records, have reliable transportation, and be able to lift 50-80 pounds. A high school diploma or ged is preferred, and the role requires an interest in supporting individuals with disabilities and adaptive needs.
