Family Based Case Manager

This role involves providing treatment services to families, including skills training and education, to help them care for their mentally ill or emotionally disturbed children at home. The manager must maintain regular communication with families, schools, physicians, and other service providers while traveling to arrange and provide community and home-Based services.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related discipline, or a bachelor's degree with 12 credits in counseling or psychology. A minimum of one year of experience working with children or adolescents, along with a valid pennsylvania driver's license and reliable transportation, is required.
