What You’ll Do Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients with communication, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders. Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered therapy in partnership with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams. Perform comprehensive assessments, establish functional goals, and document progress in compliance with payer and regulatory requirements. Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support continued progress beyond therapy sessions. Participate in departmental initiatives, quality improvement projects, and programs that enhance rehabilitation services across the continuum of care. Your skills ensure timely, effective therapy that keeps patient care on track, reduces hospital stays, and advances Logan Health’s mission to provide exceptional care.   • Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America) Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
