Full-time - Physical Therapist

The physical therapist is responsible for screening, evaluating, and establishing treatment plans for residents, as well as supervising treatment implementation. They also provide discharge planning and coordinate in-Services for facility staff.

Candidates must have a bachelor's, master's, or doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program and an active state license. Excellent organizational, communication skills, and the ability to supervise physical therapy assistants are also required.
