Kindergarten Teacher 2026-2027

The teacher will be responsible for developing year-Long, standards-Based unit and lesson plans tailored to meet all scholars' learning needs, utilizing assessment data to modify plans and embracing feedback for constant improvement. Responsibilities also include collaborating with teams to foster critical thinking, establishing trusting relationships with scholars and families, and participating in daily school functions and required events.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and a valid oklahoma teaching certificate appropriate for the assigned level, along with demonstrated knowledge of the core subject area. Applicants must also pass a background check and show an unwavering commitment to the kipp okc mission and a strong record of achieving academic success with underserved students.
