Youth Development Professional

The professional will lead and support daily program activities focused on academic success, healthy lifestyles, and character development for youth members. This involves encouraging participation, building strong connections, and maintaining a structured, welcoming environment as part of a team.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, or 21/23 if working with middle/High school youth, and meet washington state licensed childcare requirements, including background checks and health documentation. Experience working with youth is helpful but not required as training is provided.
