Life Skills Coach (Direct Service Professional)

The coach assists in providing direct educational, vocational, and supported living services, implementing objectives from individual support plans to foster independent living skills for individuals with disabilities. Primary duties involve direct implementation of assigned objectives, including physical activities like lifting, pulling, and pushing, alongside supporting fundamental daily routines.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid california driver's license with good records, have reliable transportation, and be able to lift 50-80 pounds, with a preference for a high school diploma or ged. A willingness to learn about the needs of individuals with disabilities and strong communication skills are essential.
