Lead Early Preschool Teacher

The lead early preschool teacher will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-Aged children, implementing provided age-Appropriate lesson plans, and managing classroom behavior to ensure a safe learning space. They must also communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community and support individual learning needs.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in early childhood education, an early childhood associate's degree, or a completed child development associate (Cda) credential. A minimum of two years of experience in early childhood education or a preschool setting is required, along with a strong passion for educating young children.
