Nursing Professional Development Specialist - Critical Care, MICU

The nursing professional development specialist will design, direct, implement, and evaluate educational offerings for critical care nurses. They will identify learning needs, develop evaluation systems, and assist in staff orientation and competency development.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in nursing and current rn licensure, along with two years of recent nursing experience in a critical care setting. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree and certification in a specialty area.
