Teacher/Tutor PRN-Behavioral Health Services

This role provides tutoring services to adolescent patients in the partial hospital program (Php) and coordinates all educational needs between behavioral health services and the patient's school. The position is prn/As needed and will provide coverage in different areas.

A bachelor's degree in education/Teaching and a current illinois teaching certification are required. Preferred qualifications include 2-5 years of classroom management experience and a master's degree.
