RN Ambulatory Services Professional Staff Development Clinical Educator

The role involves providing educational opportunities to nurses for their professional development and ensuring that educational programs meet competency expectations. It also includes monitoring the effectiveness of development programs and participating in continuous improvement efforts.

Candidates must have a minimum of six months of experience in clinical teaching or related fields, along with a bachelor's degree in nursing or a health-Related field and two years of experience in a clinical setting. A registered nurse license in washington or a compact license is required at hire.
