Lead Teachers, Childtime at Little Oaks

The lead teacher is responsible for developing interactive learning experiences and mentoring fellow staff members. They also manage classroom operations while promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess experience in leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans. They must also be able to meet state and company requirements for childcare and education.
