Special Education Assistant – Summer Learning Academy

The special education assistant assists special education teachers in instructing and supervising students with disabilities. Responsibilities include preparing instructional materials, supervising children, and reinforcing classroom lessons.

Candidates must have an associate's degree or two years of college, or a passing score on the parapro assessment test with one year of experience working with children. Cpr and first aid certification is required or must be obtained.
