Specialized Education Assistant

The specialized education assistant assists the teacher in achieving educational objectives by working with individual students or small groups. Responsibilities include reinforcing skills taught by the teacher and maintaining an organized learning environment.

Candidates must have an associate's degree or two years of college, or a passing score on the parapro assessment test along with one year of experience working with children. Cpr and first aid certification is required or must be obtained.
