Service Coordinator

The service coordinator provides comprehensive case management to children ages 3 to 6 and their families, ensuring they receive high-Quality service support. This includes collaborating with families and community resources to develop and implement individual family service plans.

A bachelor's degree in a related field and at least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities are required. Bilingual in spanish is preferred, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
