Service Coordinator

The service coordinator provides comprehensive and compassionate case management to children ages 3 to 6 and their families, collaborating with resources to ensure high-Quality service support. Essential functions include consulting on service coordination, explaining resources, conducting meetings, developing individual program plans (Ipp), and documenting progress accurately.

A bachelor's degree in a related field such as social work or psychology is required, along with at least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, though a master's degree can substitute for experience. Candidates must possess knowledge of developmental disabilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage documentation and timelines.
