We’re looking for an exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our thriving Tempe center. What We Offer: Competitive Salary: $95,000–$105,000 per year (based on experience)

What You'll Do

Conduct assessments and design data-driven treatment plans Supervise RBTs and ensure fidelity of implementation Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams Maintain high ethical and clinical standards Contribute to an environment of teamwork and professional growth

Requirements: BCBA certification given by the BACB Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) active and credentialed in Arizona
