Program Supervisor

Program supervisors deliver play-Based, evidence-Based aba therapy to support children with autism. They also train, mentor, and coach behavior therapists and caregivers to maintain treatment integrity and support skill development.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and a willingness to obtain rbt certification or an applicable state aba license. A minimum of two years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities using aba principles is required.
