Lead Teacher

As a lead teacher, you will lead classrooms and guide young learners while prioritizing their safety and well-Being. You will also plan engaging activities that promote growth across various areas of development and cultivate strong partnerships with parents through open communication.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, pass a background check, and hold a high school diploma or ged. Completing 12 hours of training in childcare within 30 days of starting employment is required, with education in early childhood education and experience in a licensed center being a plus.
