Swim Instructor - City of Spokane Valley - Outdoor Pools

The swim instructor teaches swim lessons according to ymca policies and builds relationships with participants across various skill levels. They are responsible for planning lessons, maintaining equipment, monitoring progress, and ensuring safety in the aquatic environment.

Candidates must be at least 15 years old and preferably hold a ymca swim lesson instructor certification. Strong communication skills and the ability to relate to diverse groups are essential, along with completion of required training upon hire.
