Job Description
● Instructional Planning
Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lessons tailored to the needs of each child.
● Collaboration
Work closely with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
● Monitoring Progress
Regularly assess and monitor the progress of children, adjusting instructional strategies and interventions as needed.
● Behavioral Management
Implement behavioral management techniques to address challenging behaviors and promote positive social skills.
● Documentation
Maintain accurate records of student progress, behavior, and communication with parents and other team members.
Qualifications
Education
A bachelor's or master's degree in Education/ECE.
Certification
Possession of appropriate P-3 teaching certification in New Jersey.
Experience
Previous experience working with preschool-aged children.
Communication Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with parents, colleagues, and other professionals.
