Student Support Specialist

The student support specialist will support students in improving their study skills and academic performance through resources and intervention strategies. They will collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to ensure student success and host family engagement meetings.

A bachelor's degree is required, along with a commitment to the development of the whole student in alignment with the holy cross tradition. Preferred qualifications include experience working with high school students needing intervention strategies and familiarity with technology in a learning environment.
