Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians work directly with adults with intellectual and/Or developmental disabilities to implement behavioral services aimed at reducing challenging behaviors. They track progress through data collection and maintain communication with staff and service providers.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree or enrollment in a bcba program. Experience with behavior interventions and rbt certification are also preferred.
