Effective organization, communication, and leadership skills Highly motivated and enthusiastic Self-directing and innovative TYPICAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES General Duties Coordinate events and opportunities with the Administrative Assistant to the Oakley School Serve as role model for student leadership and civility on campus. Assist the Dean with projects and events throughout the year. Help maintain and organize records, develop forms, and respond to email. Monitor work study participants. Help create marketing materials and oversee on-campus promotion. Help create social media postings and recruit for various projects or events. Other duties as assigned. Hours Required 20 hours per week for term of graduate program. Must have flexible hours and the ability to prioritize working hours dedicated to the university regardless of any other forms of outside employment.
