Occupational Therapist Part Time Inpatient Ballard Rehabilitation Hospital

Responsible for providing and directing occupational therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning, and implementation. Functions under physician’s orders and includes related documentation and communication.

A bachelor of science degree in occupational therapy is required, or a master's degree if applicable. Candidates must be nbcot registered and licensed per state requirements, with current bls certification.
