High Impact Unit Youth Support Liaison

The youth support liaison will support youth in identifying natural supports and collaborate with system partners to engage and support young people. Responsibilities include carrying a caseload of youth, advocating for their needs, and coordinating services and opportunities.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and at least one year of relevant work experience. Personal experience in receiving services from various support systems is also required.
