CARES Clinician III

The cares clinician iii provides short-Term therapy to children and families involved with the child welfare system, maintaining a caseload of 10-12 youth and conducting assessments to develop and implement treatment plans within an approximately 8-Week service model. Responsibilities also include extensive clinical documentation, case management consultation, and collaboration with various service providers to ensure appropriate, culturally sensitive service delivery.

Candidates must be a master's level clinician licensed as an lcsw, lpc, or lmft, with a minimum of one year of clinical experience working with children and families, including experience with trauma-Informed care and individual/Group therapy. Essential qualifications include strong clinical skills, experience in crisis prevention/Intervention, and the ability to work cooperatively with diverse staff and families, particularly those of african american heritage.
