  • Role: The Intensive Youth and Family team partners with families during times of heightened need, when challenges such as suicidal thoughts, self-harm, substance-use, family conflict, aggression, or involvement with the legal system are impacting daily life. Our work is grounded in the belief that with right level of support, families can heal, grow, and thrive together. When youth experience complex behavioral or mental health needs, increased therapeutic services can be lifechanging. Intensive Youth and Family provides evidence-based interventions that strengthen families, promote safety and stability in the home, and help prevent hospitalization, out-of-home placement, and incarceration. Our comprehensive continuum of care includes intensive in-home services, Multisystemic Therapy (MST), Functional Family Therapy (FFT), and the 180° Youth Outpatient Program Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (SAIOP), and the Day Reporting Center (DRC). This one-of-a-kind position will support both our 180° Youth Outpatient Program and our Day Report Center. Both positions help children, teens, and families build the skills needed to support positive mental health, strengthen relationships, and foster resilience, so they can feel confident, connected, and hopeful about life. This position includes eligibility for a monthly performance bonus.

  • Will Do: Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing behavioral health assessments to identify client needs and treatment goals. Provide crisis intervention services to ensure client safety and stabilization. Deliver high-quality individuals, family, and group therapy to individuals with primary mental health disorders. Develop and implement individualized, strength-based service plans that promote recovery and resilience. Monitor treatment progress and adjust interventions as clinically appropriate. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic health records and complete all required reporting. Provide case management services, connecting clients to community resources and supportive services. Coordinate care with internal teams and external providers to ensure integrated, client-centered treatment. Collaborate regularly with clinical supervisors, multidisciplinary team members, and psychiatrists to support effective care planning. Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and quality improvement initiatives.

  • You: Have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, social work, counseling, or another human services degree. Working towards a Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling Have a valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record. Can successfully complete pre-employment screening, including background check, fingerprinting, and drug and TB testing.
