We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team. The Personal Trainer will be responsible for creating and implementing personalized fitness plans for clients, as well as providing guidance and support to help them achieve their fitness goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and a strong desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals.
Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to determine clients' fitness levels, goals, and limitations Develop personalized fitness plans based on clients' goals, fitness levels, and limitations Provide guidance and support to clients during workouts to ensure proper form and technique Monitor clients' progress and adjust fitness plans as needed to help them achieve their goals Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to support their fitness goals Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients Stay up to date on the latest fitness trends and research to provide the best possible service to clients If you are passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their health and wellness goals, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Personal Trainer.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Certified Personal Trainer with a nationally recognized certification (e.g. NASM, ACE, ACSM) Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
