Job Description

  • Undergraduate teaching assistants provide teaching support for both Anatomy & Physiology I and II lab and lecture content. Assistants will provide help with administering course material during lab hours in addition to holding open lab office hours on a weekly and as needed basis. Responsibilities may also include assisting with the organization of lab activities; providing interactive small group review sessions; cleaning and maintenance of lab equipment and the laboratory space; assisting in the development of new learning materials and helping with preparations, proctoring, and grading of assignments, quizzes, and exams. Qualifications & Expectations:
  • Must have successfully completed Anatomy & Physiology I and II.
  • Ability to work well with others, teach and communicate effectively
  • Dependable, committed, and able to provide proactive positive interaction with students
  • Experience, knowledge and/or ability to learn and use online teaching and learning platforms
  • Always maintain professionalism and can manage confidential matters
  • Commitment to continued study and learning of Human Anatomy & Physiology content

Pay Rate

$16.00/hour
