The associate—classroom works directly in a classroom to fill vacancies created by absent teachers, providing instructional support and maintaining a positive learning environment. Responsibilities include tutoring, lesson planning, grading, and supervising students.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or a minimum of 60 college credits from an accredited institution, along with 1-3 years of work experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage classroom behavior are essential.
