The classroom educator will create a safe and engaging environment for children, develop lesson plans, and build positive relationships with families and colleagues. They will also mentor peers and maintain an organized classroom.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with meeting teacher qualifications set by the massachusetts department of early education and care. They should also maintain current certifications in cpr and first aid.
