Core responsibilities
The paraprofessional will support a k-12th grade ese behavior classroom, working closely with teachers to implement strategies for students with intense behavior needs. Responsibilities include assisting with iep goals, behavior plans, and classroom management techniques.
Requirements summary
Candidates should have an associate degree or equivalent college credits, along with at least one year of classroom experience, preferably with students with disabilities. Cpi training and strong behavior skills are also required.
