Youth Development Counselor: Sun-Wed 1pm-11pm

The youth development counselor supervises, protects, and cares for youth in placement, overseeing and conducting culturally sensitive, trauma-Informed youth development activities while ensuring basic needs like food, shelter, and medical care are met. Responsibilities also include detailed documentation of services, incidents, health and safety logs, and participating in treatment team efforts to develop resident skills.

A high school diploma is required, though a bachelor of arts or science degree is preferred, along with one year of experience in a similar environment. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and capable of using cpi and risking connections training for crisis intervention and de-Escalation.
