The cwop specialist coordinates and documents placements for children, ensuring their safety and well-Being. They also provide direct supervision to children when placements are not immediately available and serve as a liaison among various stakeholders.

A bachelor's degree in social work, human services, psychology, or a related field is required. Experience in child welfare or placement coordination is preferred.
