Assessment coordinator (Ma/Msw/Rn) part time 3p-11p

The assessment coordinator provides in-Person level of care determinations and crisis intervention, coordinates the referral and intake process, and facilitates the admission process. They maintain communication with referral sources, families, patients, and unit staff.

A master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required, or a registered nurse qualification. Two years or more of counseling experience, preferably in a psychiatric setting, is also required.
