What You’ll Do

Lead and participate in fun summer camp activities (games, outdoor play, art, STEM, water days, and more) Help create a safe, engaging, and energetic environment Build strong relationships with children and be a positive role model Work as part of a team to keep the day running smoothly Support children’s curiosity and creativity through play-based learning At Goddard, learning happens through exploration and inquiry—children learn best when they’re actively engaged and having fun .

Qualifications

High school senior (18 years or older), college student, or recent graduate preferred Experience working with children is a plus (babysitting, camps, volunteering, etc.) Energetic, dependable, and positive attitude Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to stay engaged and active throughout the day Perks Competitive hourly pay ($16–$18/hour) Consistent full-time summer schedule Nights and weekends off A fun, supportive, and professional work environment Opportunity to return for future school-year or summer positions
