Instructional Paraprofessional

The instructional paraprofessional provides instructional, behavioral, and personal support to students with special needs in various classroom settings. Responsibilities include assisting the teacher with iep-Aligned instruction, supporting students in their daily routines, and fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment.

A high school diploma or ged is required, with 30+ college credits or substitute teacher certification preferred. Prior experience working with children, especially those with special needs, is necessary, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
