The Instructional Paraprofessional provides instructional, behavioral, and personal support to students with special needs in various classroom settings. Responsibilities include assisting the teacher with IEP-aligned instruction, supporting students in their daily routines, and fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment.
The Special Education Instructional Paraprofessional supports the classroom teacher and students by helping to create a structured, engaging, and supportive learning environment. This role provides instructional, behavioral, and personal support to students with special needs in small group and classroom settings, supporting their academic, social, and functional growth.
This is a classroom-based support role working with multiple students and is not assigned to one specific student. This role requires flexibility, engagement, and the ability to respond to varying student needs throughout the day.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-3:30PM, 48-week contract

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
