Job Coach (contract role) - Akron, Ohio

The job coach will provide service coordination to participants referred to workforce services and implement hands-On job coaching to ensure individuals with disabilities successfully retain their positions. This includes on-Site support, compliance monitoring, and reporting significant issues to the vocational rehabilitation counselor (Vrc).

A high school diploma or ged is required, with preferred knowledge in working with people with disabilities. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, problem-Solving abilities, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
