Job Coach (contract role) - Springboro, Ohio

The job coach will provide service coordination to participants referred by the opportunities for ohioans with disabilities office. This includes on-Site job coaching, ensuring compliance with program requirements, and reporting significant issues to the vrc.

A high school diploma or ged is required, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred knowledge includes working with individuals with disabilities and strong communication and problem-Solving skills.
