The academic instructor is responsible for planning and delivering instructional tasks related to academic subjects such as math and reading. They monitor student progress, provide personal and academic counseling, and ensure the integration of applied academics into the curriculum.

A bachelor's degree in education or special education is required, along with two to three years of related experience. Valid teacher certification and strong organizational and communication skills are also necessary.
