Day Residential Advisor

The day residential advisor is responsible for providing guidance to students to ensure positive group living relations and achievement in the program, adhering to all directives. Key duties include monitoring dormitories, assisting residential staff, guiding student behavior, and facilitating social skills development.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, with an associate degree in behavioral sciences preferred, alongside two years of related experience in counseling, social work, rehabilitation, or youth work. Required abilities include modeling career success standards, strong organizational and communication skills, computer proficiency, and passing background and drug checks.
