RI Academic Paraprofessional (2026-27)

The paraprofessional is responsible for creating and maintaining behavior systems to support students struggling with behavior. They will also provide administrative support during critical times of the day and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe and rigorous environment.

Candidates must have either a high school diploma with a passing score on the parapro exam or 60 earned college credits. A ride teaching assistant training certificate is required but can be obtained within the first 30 days of employment.
