Clinician

The clinician is responsible for conducting diagnostic assessments, providing individual and group counseling, and offering clinical guidance to staff. They will also participate in treatment team meetings and ensure the therapeutic needs of the program youth are met.

Candidates must have a master's level degree and a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in child welfare. Proficiency in both english and spanish is required, along with strong clinical and communication skills.
