Case Planner

The case planner is responsible for delivering services to children in care and their families, facilitating permanency goals through casework counseling and service coordination. They represent the agency in court proceedings and ensure compliance with contract mandates for their caseload.

A master's in social work (Msw) or a related degree is preferred, or a bachelor's degree with two years of relevant experience. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills are required.
