Intervention Support Specialist

The intervention support specialist provides community-Based mentorship and case management services to youth impacted by community violence or at risk of justice involvement. Responsibilities include developing individualized service plans, connecting youth to resources, and providing ongoing mentorship to support personal growth.

Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience working with at-Risk youth or a relevant bachelor's degree. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse communities are essential, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check.
