Core responsibilities
As a behavior technician, you'll teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills to children with autism. You'll follow treatment plans developed by bcbas and accurately record progress in a data collection system.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. A high school diploma is required, and rbt/Cbt certification is preferred, with the expectation to obtain it within 60 days of employment.
